Hotel Pink
I lead the redesign of frank body’s loyalty program, Hotel Pink. Through customer feedback and data insights, I restructured the loyalty program’s offering and re-hauled the brand identity including: bespoke illustrations, animations, a custom website landing page, custom website dashboard, email journeys, paid ads and evergreen social content.
Since its relaunch, Hotel Pink has received a +200% increase in signs-ups each month vs the year prior (with no additional benefits added to the program).
